We talk to you about your likes, dislikes, style preferences, where the arrangements will go and when you want them delivered. • We select the freshest blooms for your arrangement then put them together for you. • We deliver the arrangement to your home on the day and time that is convenient for you, swapping out the vase each time. We include instructions on arrangement care with each delivery.

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
