Flora Return/Refund Policies
Flowers are perishable and we will only accept returns under the following conditions.
Flora takes pride in creating beautiful arrangements with the freshest and highest quality flowers, and we hope you love what we designed. Floral design is an art form and we do not replace flowers if you don’t like them. And if the sender doesn’t like them, we can assure you that the recipient is delighted by them because they are a gift from you.
If, however, there is a quality issue, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt/delivery and include photos of the arrangement, and we will assess the situation.
If we agree that there was a quality issue with the flowers, we will replace the flowers or issue store credit. And we ask that the original arrangement be returned. We do not issue refunds.
All of our arrangements include flower instructions and flower food. It is the responsibility of the recipient to maintain the life of the flowers.
We do not take photos of the arrangements for pre approval prior to delivery.
All of our deliveries go out in the afternoon and flowers will be delivered between 1-5pm. If you have specific delivery instructions please give us a call or email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please make sure the recipient is available to receive the flower delivery to the provided delivery address. We do not call the recipient ahead of time
