Delivery Info- We make all of our deliveries after 1pm every day. If the weather is very cold, we prefer not to leave the flowers outside. Please let the recipient know that they should expect delivery.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The whole experience was terrific - we live out town/far away and wanted to celebrate special person accomplishments with beautiful flowers (non-cookie cutter flowers). I am super busy and needed to fit ordering flowers between meeting & on line - little nervous but reading the pervious reviews I selected Flora. The flowers were beautiful (a piece of art) and made the recipient feel very loved & celebrated! They do not look exactly like the photo however they flowers send and arrangement was same in quality, or better!! Well done Flora Chicago & thank you!!
