Delivery Info- We make all of our deliveries after 1pm every day. If the weather is very cold, we prefer not to leave the plant outside. Please let the recipient know that they should expect delivery.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Wonderful customer service. I called to order a plant/flowers to be delivered same day as a housewarming gift. The shop had what I wanted and let me know when delivery would arrive. I selected a Pothos plant with added daisies or flowers, to be designers choice. I love the email receipt with photo and the email confirming delivery. My only question is the plant in the photo appears to be a ZZ plant with out the flowers in water tubes. The plant in the picture looks healthy and that’s most important, I just hope it also had the flowers and designer touches. Thank you, Faye ---- Florist's Response: Faye, My apologies, the photo you received with the email confirmation is an item photo from our website and was not the plant we sent out. I did promise to send out a photo of the arrangements but I forgot. Totally my mistake and I apologise. We did send out a pothos with gerberas. I hope the recipient was pleased with the result.
