Delivery Info- We make all of our deliveries after 1pm every day. If the weather is very cold, we prefer not to leave the flowers outside. Please let the recipient know that they should expect delivery.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My flowers -- as delivered -- were not nearly as varied and interesting as pictured. First, for a deluxe arrangement, too many carnations. Nice roses, but I was going for those interesting sunflowers and ranunculus. I'd order again, but would do so in a way that I can specify no carnations -- just too cheap a flower to include in anything but a supermarket arrangement.

Flora Chicago curated a true balance of darkness and light with their arrangement, Hocus Pocus. This strange beauty is mysterious and alluring—Perfect for the high-end goth in your life. It’s Isabella Rossellini in a vase, an early New Order record on repeat, and an Italian moped ride through a gentle rain. The recipient is a close friend celebrating a birthday.
