Delivery Info- We make all of our deliveries after 1pm every day. If the weather is very cold, we prefer not to leave the plant outside. Please let the recipient know that they should expect delivery.

My daughter, Jordan Baker, had her 1st professional acting gig at the Greenhouse Theater in Chicago, Lincoln Park area. Sad that I, her mom, couldn’t attend from Arizona. I googled florist in Lincoln park and multiple popped up. I called one with a fancy name, turned out it was a call center/warehouse and quickly hung up as I wanted to support local, get exactly what I paid for. Did a street search and found Kate at Flora! I ordered Peace and Love along with a lavender Eucalyptus spray. Kate went above and beyond with the delivery and the items were waiting for Jordan in her dressing room that evening! I am going to Chicago next week to see her show and will go to Flora to meet Kate and thank her in person! Deliveries are sent out Monday-Saturday at 1pm and will be delivered by 5pm. Please let us know if you have specific requirements in terms of the time of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.
We deliver through the Chicago area and near suburbs.
If no one is home to receive the flowers, the recipient will be contacted by phone and/or text for information about where to safely leave the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable we will contact the sender for instructions.
If we are unable to make a successful deliver and need to try again, additional delivery charge will be applied.
We do not issue refunds. We may replace an arrangement if we agree that there is an issue with quality or we will offer store credit.
