Delivery Info- We make all of our deliveries after 1pm every day. If the weather is very cold, we prefer not to leave the flowers outside. Please let the recipient know that they should expect delivery.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. My husband and I have used Flora in Chicago about 3 times now. My 98 year old mother in law is the recipient of the beautiful floral arrangements we send. She has remarked they are the most beautiful flowers she has ever seen. We are thrilled with everything we have sent and all arrangements have been beautiful! We will ONLY use Flora in future.
